When you contact me.

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, and the message you choose to send. These details are used to receive, assess, and respond to your enquiry about work, projects, or collaboration. Do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents, or another person's private information.

Web3Forms handles form delivery to Rajesh's email inbox. A submission also includes the privacy-notice version, your affirmative enquiry consent, and its submission time. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing or optional analytics. You can use the published email address instead of the form.

Optional analytics.

Google Analytics measures page visits, referral sources, device and browser information, approximate location, and interactions. Microsoft Clarity uses clicks, scrolling, and navigation to create heatmaps and session replays. Their scripts load only on the production domain after you accept optional analytics. Advertising storage and personalization stay denied.

Clarity's contact-form contents are explicitly masked. This site's code does not send enquiry contents, email addresses, or custom visitor identifiers to analytics. Accepting analytics is optional: you can browse the portfolio and send an enquiry after declining. Optional analytics is offered only to visitors who confirm they are 18 or older.

Use Analytics preferences in the footer to accept or decline. Declining disables Google Analytics and stops Clarity recording, including in other open tabs of this browser. Your choice, notice version, and the time of your choice are saved locally in this browser. Clear this browser's site data to remove that local record. Withdrawal does not automatically erase previously collected data; contact Rajesh for an erasure request.

Hosting and local preferences.

Vercel hosts the site and can process technical request information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser details, and security logs to serve and protect it. Theme, background-motion, and consent preferences use local storage; the project invitation uses session storage. These preferences are separate from optional analytics.

Google, Microsoft, Vercel, and Web3Forms may process information outside India under their service arrangements. This portfolio does not provide a guarantee of India-only storage. External GitHub, LinkedIn, and other linked websites apply their own privacy notices when you visit them.

Retention and deletion.

Enquiry correspondence is retained only as needed to handle your request, related correspondence, or a legal obligation. Email already delivered to an inbox is managed separately from this website. Analytics and session-data retention follows the settings in the respective provider projects and their policies. Contact Rajesh to ask about or request deletion of data that can be associated with you.

Your choices and requests.

You can ask Rajesh for information about your personal data, correction or completion of inaccurate data, erasure where applicable, withdrawal of consent, or help with a privacy concern. You can also ask about nomination of someone to exercise applicable rights on your behalf.

Email rajeshkumarg.dev@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request” and enough context to locate the enquiry or data. Use the same email address as the original enquiry where possible. Do not send identity documents unless a proportionate verification method has first been agreed.

Rajesh is the privacy and grievance contact. Privacy grievances will be reviewed and responded to within 90 days. If unresolved, the applicable complaint process of the Data Protection Board of India may be available; consult the official DPDP framework and Board information for current procedures and commencement details.

Children and lawful guardians.

This portfolio is intended for professional enquiries. Keep optional analytics declined if you are under 18 or require consent from a lawful guardian. This site does not provide a parental or lawful-guardian consent verification service. A parent or lawful guardian can contact Rajesh directly to discuss an enquiry or a privacy request.
